I have owned and operated a computer consulting company in the Chicago area since 1973. My company's web site is located here.

Over the years my company has developed a specialty in computer performance measurement and computer performance management. To assist us in performing our consulting tasks, we have created a set of tools that help us diagnose and solve computer performance problems.

We have also built a benchmarking laboratory where we conduct network and system performance testing for our customers. You can view a picture of our lab by clicking here.

When the lab is not being used for a customer test we like to run tests on our own to answer questions like: "Which is the fastest disk drive?" or "Is SATA faster that SCSI?" This web site will publish some of the test results that we have gathered during these tests.
